Campaign Sign Recycling

Candidate signs are necessary to get Dems elected, but we don’t want them all to wind up in a landfill if we can help it! We need your help gathering all the candidate signs we can from around the county after the elections! We need volunteers to go to polling places on Wednesday morning (Nov 4) as early as possible to grab signs before they are put in dumpsters and sent to landfills. We will reuse stakes in good condition, so keep those, too. You can also grab any other signs you can safely retrieve along public roads, etc. Please drop off collected signs at the SemDems office between 10 am and 3 pm on Saturday, November 7. We will also need 4-5 people with trucks to help us take the signs to the county recycling center at 3 p.m. Please sign-up and let us know how you can help!
