Poll Watcher Training for November Election- Virtual

With the November election approaching, we need trained poll watchers to help ensure every vote is counted fairly and accurately. This session will prepare you to serve as an official poll watcher on Election Day and during Early Voting. What you'll learn:  Your legal rights and responsibilities as a poll watcher in Duval County What to observe - and what to avoid - inside the polling place How to identify and properly document irregularities Chain-of-custody basics and how ballots are handled Who to contact if a problem arises, and how to escalate issues calmly and effectively Please join us for one of the below trainings if you wish to be a poll watcher for the November election: Thursday 09/24 @ 7pm - Virtually via Zoom Thursday 10/01 @ 2pm - In Person at Duval Dems HQ Monday 10/05 @ 7pm - Virtually via Zoom
