On 9/28/26 at 7pm, the Proposed Florida Property Taxes Constitutional Amendment #3 (that will significantly alter property taxes) will be the topic of FL State Rep. Robin Bartleman’s presentation at the Sunrise Democratic Club. Florida's proposed Amendment 3 will appear on the November 3, 2026 general election ballot to significantly alter property taxes and require 60% voter approval to pass.
