Space Coast Pride Parade and Festival

Let's let the Space Coast know that the LGBTQ+ Democratic Caucus of the Treasure Coast exists and that we support them! Come to Melbourne on Saturday, Sept 26, for Space Coast Pride.  March in the parade at 11:00 and enjoy the festival from 12-6pm.    The parade will take us from our gathering place outside Melbourne Auditorium through quaint downtown Melbourne, where there will be restaurants and bars to celebrate Pride.  Arrive back at Melbourne Auditorium for the festival.  Some of it will be outside, but much of it will be inside the cool, air-conditioned auditorium.  To sign up for marching in the parade, click on the 11-12 time.  PLEASE PLAN TO MARCH!  WEAR OUR T-SHIRTS!To sign up for working a shift at our table, click on the shift you prefer:  12-2, 2-4, 4-6.   This is the 20th anniversary of Space Coast Pride, so come on out and enjoy the festivities. As their lit says, this will be a day "full of entertainment, community, vendors, resources, food, celebration and unapologetic queer joy."  Last year there were 20,000 attendees, so this will be big if the weather is good.  Grab your friends and head up to Melbourne!
