Taylor Democrats August Meeting w/ SOE Dana Southerland

Join the Taylor County Democrats for our August meeting in Perry, FL. Our guest this month is Dana Southerland, Taylor County Supervisor of Elections. Mrs. Southerland has run elections in Taylor County since 2008, and she is joining us to walk through how the process actually works and to take questions. She serves every voter in the county, and this is a straightforward voter education session, not a political one. She is bringing forms! If your address, name, signature, or party needs updating on your voter record, you can take care of it right there in the room. She will also have vote-by-mail request forms on hand for the November general election. Know someone who needs to register? Bring them with you! If your signature has changed since you first registered, and for most of us it has, updating it is the easiest thing you can do to keep a mail ballot from getting flagged later.
